41. H2 Breakthrough

We run into many barriers. Many days feel like we are runners jumping hurdles at a track and field event. Convert barriers into H2s or “How To” statements. For example, when we don’t have enough people to get the job done, the H2 becomes “How to get the job done with the people we have.” It will change your perspective, refocus your mind, and ultimately redouble your efforts. This also shifts the mind from dwelling on the barrier to finding ways to go through, over, or around those hurdles. The next time you see an obstacle, write “H2:” on a piece of paper and rewrite the barrier as an H2: or How To statement.
