Continually seek your purpose. People are not driven by a “who,” “what,” “how,” or “when,” but they will walk through the desert for a “why.” Discover your “why.” Why do you do what you do? Know that your “why” will change throughout your life. There is a lot of writing about the importance of knowing your why or purpose. We know it can drive us, and a lack of purpose, or why, causes a slow decay in our humanness.
We can multiply the impact of our why if we find ways to connect our purpose to other people’s “why” and the organization’s purpose. “Whys” are like rocket fuel. Mixing our “why” with others can launch spaceships.
