99. Expand Your Focus Frame

A way to expand perspective is to change your focus frame. Like a window, we only see what’s on the other side of the pane. Our goal should be to make our window bigger. We can do that by getting curious and asking more questions, like the questions on the next page, especially the last one.

What am I seeing?
What are others seeing?
What am I seeing but discounting?
What am I pretending to see?
Where am I totally blind?
